The List
The film is a modern-day Oskar Schindler story that focuses on Kirk Johnson. After leading reconstruction teams in Baghdad and Fallujah to help rebuild Iraq, Kirk returns home only to discover that many of his former Iraqi colleagues are being killed, kidnapped or forced into exile by radical militias for having cooperated with the US.
Frustrated by government bureaucracy that fails to protect its Iraqi allies, Kirk begins compiling a list of their names in order to help them find refuge…Country: USA

Beth Murphy is a producer, writer and award-winning documentary filmmaker as well as the founder of Boston-based Principle Pictures. She has led production crews to all corners of the world, often in war-torn or developing countries in order to focus on human rights and women's issues.
